Members fought the blizzard snow storm to attend the February Chapter meeting at the Mc Graw Hill conference center. LT COL Jerome Hatfield, NJSP (Ret.) FEMA R2 Regional Administrator provided an informative presentation about the need for public-private partnerships for both planning and recovery from serious events.
